During this initial phase, our team visits the property to take precise measurements and assess existing conditions—ensuring our designs are fully aligned with the realities of the space.

We dive into the technical side - creating joinery, tile, plumbing and electrical drawings (alongside your architect) so the builders know exactly what to do. No guesswork, no surprises.

This is the creative part. We develop design concepts with fabrics, materials and finishes, giving you a clear picture of how everything will come together. All elements are coordinated and signed off with samples, giving clarity before moving into procurement.

At this stage we will have signed-off the designs. We collate detailed costings for all specified items within the project scope for your approval.

Ordering of procurement and construction begins. We collaborate with contractors and conduct regular site visits to ensure design and quality are maintained.

With the build complete, we handle the full installation - arranging procurement deliveries, adding styling details, and making sure everything feels just right. We’ll look forward to preparing the space for a photoshoot so you’re ready to enjoy your space from day one.
