We are a boutique interior design business that provides full-service design and e-design, assisting clients through the entire process, from interior architecture and spatial planning to design management and final installation.

Our goal is simple: to create thoughtful, timeless interiors that are not only beautiful and functional but that fit perfectly into our clients' lifestyles. Sophie-Anne was founded by two London-based designers with over 15 years of experience in the industry.

What services do you offer?

Full Turn-Key Service:
Our signature service oversees every detail, from initial concept to final installation and styling. This includes spatial planning, technical drawings, procurement, and project coordination—ensuring a seamless, curated experience.

E-Design Service:
For clients who prefer flexibility or are based further afield, our e-design service delivers a complete, thoughtfully crafted design package, allowing you to implement it at your own pace.

How does the design process work?

Our process is carefully structured to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Full Turn-Key Service:

We guide you through six key phases:

  1. Foundation – We get involved early, collaborating closely with your architect or contractor to help shape the interior architecture. During this initial phase, our team visits the property to take precise measurements and assess existing
    conditions—ensuring our designs are fully aligned with the realities of the space.
  2. The Details – We dive into the technical side - creating joinery, tile, plumbing and electrical drawings (alongside your architect) so the
    builders know exactly what to do. No guesswork, no surprises.
  3. The Vision – This is the creative bit. We develop design concepts with fabrics, materials and finishes, giving you a clear picture of how everything will come together. All elements are coordinated and signed off with samples, giving clarity before moving into procurement.
  4. Costing Proposals – At this stage we will have signed-off the designs. We
    put together detailed costings for all specified items within the project
    scope, for approval
  5. Installation & Project Management – Ordering of procurement and construction begins. We collaborate with contractors and conduct regular site visits to ensure design and quality are maintained.   6. Final Styling – With the build complete, we handle the full installation - arranging procurement deliveries, adding styling details,
    and making sure everything feels just right. We’ll even prep the space for a photoshoot so you’re ready to move in and enjoy from day one.

E-design Service:
This process is simplified into three stages:

  1. Step 1: We’ll be in touch to discuss your brief and get to know your style, needs, and goals. This is where we dive into the details, so we can tailor every design element to your lifestyle and vision.
  2. Step 2: We begin your e-Design journey- this on average will take us 2 weeks in complete, and the first draft will be in your inbox, ready for you to review.
  3. Step 3: With your feedback in hand, we refine the designs, implement any changes, and put the finishing touches in place. By the end of the third week you’ll receive your final design package, beautifully organised and ready to bring your space to life.

Do you offer a consultation before starting a project?

Yes, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation call. This allows us to
understand your project, discuss your requirements, and guide you through how
we work, including timelines and fees.

What should I prepare for our 1st meeting?

How much are your design fees for a full turnkey project?

Our full turnkey service is a highly considered, bespoke offering, with fees carefully tailored to the scope, scale, and complexity of each project. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—our fees are structured across each design phase, reflecting the depth of detail, level of coordination, and expertise required to deliver an exceptional result.

How much are your design fees for a e-design project?

E-design services typically start from around £3,000 per room, with optional add-ons available depending on your needs.

We offer a complimentary consultation call to discuss your project and provide a tailored fee proposal.

Can you work alongside my architect or contractor?

Yes, we regularly collaborate with architects, contractors, and wider project teams to ensure every element of the design is fully aligned and executed to the highest standard. We believe the most successful projects are built on strong collaboration from the outset. Being involved early allows us to contribute to the spatial planning, review drawings in detail, and ensure the design vision is seamlessly integrated into the architecture and build.

Throughout the project, we provide detailed drawing packages and specifications, and liaise closely with your team to maintain clarity, consistency, and design integrity at every stage.

Will I be involved in the design process?

From the beginning, we take the time to understand how involved you’d like to be.
Some clients enjoy a collaborative experience, while others prefer a more
hands-off approach. In both cases, we lead with confidence and clarity—guiding
you through each stage with a seamless and considered process. We present
ideas, gather feedback at key moments, and thoughtfully refine the design to
ensure the final result feels deeply personal and perfectly aligned with your
lifestyle and vision.

Can you work with my existing furniture, artwork, or homewares?

Yes, absolutely. Incorporating your existing pieces is a wonderful way to add
personality and meaning to your home. We discuss this with you early in the
process and thoughtfully integrate these items into the overall design scheme.

Do you work with clients outside of London?

Yes, we work with clients and projects all around the UK and remotely.
